No. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone made of silicon carbide. It is very hard (9.25 on the Mohs scale) and very brilliant, but it is not a diamond and we never sell it as one.

Each product page lists the exact metal under Details. Most of our moissanite rings are 925 sterling silver, and some are platinum plated.

Unless a product says otherwise, our rings use US sizes. Open the Size guide on the product page to convert US sizes to South African letter sizes. If you're unsure, email ly.velora@gmail.com before ordering.

Standard delivery is free on every order in South Africa and takes an estimated 7–15 business days. Import duties are already paid, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives. We email tracking details when your order ships.

Yes. You can return unworn, unaltered pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email ly.velora@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage.

Email us with your order number and photos. We cover the return cost, and under the Consumer Protection Act you can choose a repair, replacement or refund for defective goods within six months of delivery.

Yes. Payment is completed on Shopify's secure checkout. We never see your full card details.
