Shipping & returns

We deliver to addresses in South Africa.

Standard delivery is free on every order. There is no minimum spend. Import duties are already paid, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

Orders are delivered within an estimated 7 to 15 business days of being placed (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays). Your pieces are sent to you from our fulfilment partner, which is why delivery takes a little longer than local stock would.

You'll receive an order confirmation email when you order, and tracking details when your order ships.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email ly.velora@gmail.com with your order number. If we can't deliver within 30 days of the day after you ordered, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Return any piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. It must be unworn, unaltered and in its original packaging with everything it arrived with.

2. We reply with the return address and instructions (please don't post a return before hearing from us).
3. Send it back with a tracked service. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage.

We refund to your original payment method no later than 30 days after we receive the returned piece.

Email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We cover the return cost. Under the Consumer Protection Act you may return a defective item within six months of delivery and choose a repair, replacement or refund.

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel your order without reason or penalty within 7 days of receiving your goods; the only charge is the direct cost of returning them.

We don't offer direct size exchanges. Return the piece and place a new order in the size you need.
