No. Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone (silicon carbide) with more fire than a diamond and a hardness of 9.25 on the Mohs scale. On a flower engagement ring, that fire makes the 6.5 mm centre stone stand out alongside the 14 smaller accent stones.
